
DISH Restaurant is an intimate hideaway located inside the The Escalante, a boutique 10 room luxury hotel. Its menu focuses on fresh seafood and homemade pastas. We also grow our own herbs and spices on site in a homemade garden. The menu specials change daily based on the catches of the day.
Bryan "Bubba" Sutton, who recently closed his local restaurant Tropical Reef, is now chef/partner at DISH.
"I put my hot-n-crunchy grouper on the menu," Sutton said. "Just in time for grouper season to reopen!"
Open in Season (Dec-April) 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday
Summer hours (May - November) for dinner: 6pm - 10pm Th/Fri and Sat
The restaurant can handle weddings, corporate events and parties.
